Shipping Policy

  • Most orders ship with 24 business hours via USPS Priority mail and usually arrive in 1-3 days.
  • If you are not satisfied with your order you can return it to us within 3 days of its arrival for a full refund or exchange: Returns/UseSmallWords.com, PO Box 7291 Woodland Park, CO 80863
  • Orders can only be guaranteed to ship within 14 days
  • All orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday or the next business day if a holiday is the next day.
  • All Special Order pieces will be shipped upon arrival of the product or as requested by the purchaser.
  • Any orders placed over the phone and paid by check, cash, or money order are not subject to the listed quantity of product at the time of order. It is subject to the listed quantity at the time payment is received.
  • The purchaser is responsible for ordering the correct items and will be responsible for shipping costs in the case of returns for this reason. UseSmallWords.com will pay the shipping of returns returned for the reasons of incorrect or damaged items.
  • Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise.
  • Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and/or FEDEX/UPS shipping holidays.
  • UseSmallWords.com reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.
  • Damaged/Lost/Delayed Shipments: Ironandearth.com is not responsible for items that may be damaged, or lost by the shipping company, or "carrier" (FedEx, UPS, USPS). All shipments are fully insured with the respective carrier. All products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon receipt and any damage should be brought to the carrier's attention. If necessary, purchaser should alert the carrier and UseSmallWords.com that a claim needs to be filed for that shipment. Once a claim is approved and processed by the carrier, our shipping department will then ship out a replacement or refund the purchase price. UseSmallWords.com has no control over the timeliness of the shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.
  • Non Defective Returns: All non defective merchandise can be returned for full credit of the merchandise within 14 days of purchase. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return.
  • Must contact our offices within 5 Days of date of reception. We do not accept returns after 14 days. No exceptions unless authorized before purchase.
  • All returns must be post marked within 5 business days from the date of arrival of the merchandise. Packages not post marked within 5 business days may be rejected by the returns department.
  • All returned merchandise must be returned with accessories included. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items.
  • Credits will be posted to the appropriate account within 30 business days of receipt of merchandise.
